Job description
A kind and respectful family based near Riga, Latvia is looking for two caring and reliable Nannies to join their household on a long-term basis.
The family has two girls (ages 11 and 13) and is expecting a newborn baby in September 2026.
They would ideally like to hire two nannies who already know each other (friends or relatives), as they will be living together.

Nanny 1 – Newborn Baby
• Full care of the newborn baby.
• Feeding, bathing, changing, and putting the baby to sleep.
• Supporting routines and development.
• At the beginning, sleeping in the baby’s room at night to attend to the baby if needed.
Nanny 2 – Older Children & Household Support
• Looking after the two girls (ages 11 and 13).
• Driving them to school and activities (driving licence required).
• Helping with light housekeeping and simple family cooking.
• Supporting the household and keeping things organised.
Responsibilities
- Take good and loving care of the children.
- Help with daily routines.
- Keep the home clean and organised (light housekeeping).
- Prepare simple meals mainly for the children (training can be provided).
- Be helpful, positive, and willing to assist where needed.
Requirements
- Kind, patient, and genuinely good with children.
- Good level of English communication.
- Driving licence (at least one nanny must drive, ideally both).
- Experience as a nanny or maternity nanny.
- Experience with newborns is a big advantage (or own children experience).
- Flexible and willing to adapt.
- Honest, respectful, and easy to work with.
- Non-smokers preferred.
- Tagalog-speaking candidates preferred.
- Experience working abroad (Middle East experience is a plus).
Work conditions
- Start date: August 2026
- Long-term, stable position
- Visa, work permit, and full support provided by the family
Working Schedule
- 6 days per week, 1 day off
- Flexible depending on family needs
- Night care required for the baby (especially at the beginning)
