Job description
A warm, welcoming and respectful family is looking for an experienced, energetic and caring fulltime Live-in Nanny to become a long-term part of their household.

The parents are highly involved in their children's daily lives, and the nanny will work alongside them as part of a team rather than being solely responsible for all three children at once.
The family currently spends most of the year in Puerto Rico and the summer months in Connecticut. They are looking for someone who would like to become a valued member of the family for many years to come.
As part of their long-term plans, they hope to relocate permanently to Connecticut in the future, making this an exciting opportunity for someone seeking stability and a long-term position.
The family has three wonderful children aged 10, 8 and 5. All three children attend school, so the role is primarily focused on supporting the family's afternoon and evening routine, organising engaging activities, encouraging learning, and creating
a positive, fun environment.
The children are active and enjoy spending time outdoors. One of them especially loves playing soccer, so the ideal nanny will be energetic, playful and genuinely enjoy joining in with games and outdoor activities.
Responsibilities
- Providing loving, attentive and professional care for three school-aged children.
- School pick-ups and afternoon routines.
- Organising educational and recreational activities.
- Supporting homework and school projects.
- Driving the children to extracurricular activities and appointments.
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children.
- Children's laundry and organisation of bedrooms, toys and belongings.
- Supporting evening routines and bedtime.
- Working closely with the parents to ensure consistency and structure.
- Running occasional errands related to the children.
- Light housekeeping related to the children only.
Requirements
The family is looking for someone who is:

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional nanny experience
- Previous experience working in a private household
- Excellent references
- Fluent English
- Valid driving licence
- Spanish would be an advantage
Work conditions
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Full-time permanent position
The family offers an excellent work-life balance, with a predictable weekday schedule.
For candidates wishing to increase their earnings, there may occasionally be opportunities for
additional weekend work, although this is entirely optional and agreed in advance.
