Nanny job (M/F) in Monaco
Job description
A UHNW couple residing in Monaco is looking for two experienced, first-aid certified Nannies (M/F) to provide round-the-clock care for their 2-year-old child, 7 days a week, on a rotation (rota) basis.
The family apartment is centrally located with all amenities close by an exceptional living environment in the heart of the Principality.
The family is looking for two professionals who will alternate with each other, ensuring continuous, high-quality care for the child 7 days a week (daytime work and occasionally evenings depending on the family's needs). The two nannies will not work simultaneously each will cover her dedicated days and hours, to be defined together according to the family's schedule.
This role is suited to individuals accustomed to the demands of high-end private families, capable of committing fully and durably with warmth, rigour and discretion.
Responsibilities
Child Development & Care
- Active, attentive and nurturing childcare at the family home
- Organising and leading educational, playful and creative activities appropriate to the child's age
- Actively contributing to the child's development, stimulation and emotional wellbeing
- Preparing and supervising healthy, balanced and age-appropriate meals
- Accompanying the child to nursery and outdoor activities
- Maintaining a clean, safe and stimulating environment at all times
- Strictly following the family's educational values and expectations
Evening Care
- One evening of childcare per week during the parents' weekly outing until approximately 11:00 pm
- Independent supervision of the child's wellbeing and safety
Travel with the Family
- Regular travel with the family at least once a month, approximately 5 days, within France or abroad
- Full continuity of service maintained during each trip
- Availability for regular travel is an essential condition of the role
Collaboration & Communication
- Close collaboration with the parents and other household staff members
- Fluid, regular and transparent communication with the family
Requirements
We are looking for an exceptional individual gentle, calm, professional and proactive, capable of navigating a demanding and confidential UHNW environment with ease.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-end private residence or with UHNW clientele
- Valid and up-to-date first-aid certification mandatory
- Fluent French essential; English appreciated
- High degree of flexibility and availability when required
- Available to travel regularly with the family
- Absolute discretion and strict respect for confidentiality
- Attitude of excellence: impeccable know-how and conduct
- Strong sense of anticipation and attentiveness to the family's needs
- Elegant and immaculate personal presentation at all times
- Reliability, loyalty and long-term commitment
- Verifiable professional references required
- Must be based in the Alpes-Maritimes (06) or in the vicinity of Monaco
Work conditions
- Location: Monaco
- Contract: Monégasque permanent contract
- Hours: Full-time – 39 hours/week
- Schedule: Variable – to be defined with the employer
- Days off: 1 to 2 days per week
- Start date: July 2026
- Probationary period: 3 months
- Public holidays: Paid at double rate
