Job description
A warm and dynamic private family based in Miami, Florida is seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Live-In Nanny to join their household on a long-term basis.
The family has four children aged 3, 5, 7, and 9 and employs additional childcare support, including nannies and babysitters.
The successful candidate will work as part of an established childcare team and will not be solely responsible for all four children at all times.

Responsibilities
- Providing attentive care, supervision, and support for the children.
- Assisting with school preparations, activities, sports schedules, and outings.
- Supporting morning routines and preparing the children for the day.
- Preparing children's meals and snacks as required.
- Organising school bags, uniforms, sports equipment, and daily essentials.
- Managing children's laundry, wardrobe organisation, and clothing rotation.
- Maintaining organisation of children's bedrooms, play areas, closets, and personal belongings.
- Supporting the children's routines, development, and overall wellbeing.
- Working collaboratively with the family's other childcare providers and household staff.
- Assisting with child-related household duties.
- Accompanying the family on domestic and international travel when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a nanny within private households
- Experience caring for multiple children and managing busy family routines
- Warm, energetic, organised, and proactive personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a wider household team
- Flexible, professional, and discreet
- Comfortable travelling domestically and internationally
- Legally authorised to work in the United States
- Valid driver's licence preferred
Schedule
This is a full-time live-in position with a structured weekly schedule.
Typical working hours:
- Monday: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Tuesday: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Saturday: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Sunday: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
Additional flexibility may occasionally be required during travel or special family events.
Work conditions
