Nanny job (M/F) in Boulogne-billancourt, France
Job description
A family in Boulogne-Billancourt, consisting of two parents and four children (aged 1, 3, 5 and 7), is seeking an experienced and committed Nanny (M/F).
This position is suited to an early-childhood professional who is passionate, organised, and naturally comfortable managing several young children at once.
The mother works from home and can provide occasional support in the evenings and on Wednesdays, but the nanny will be the children's main point of contact during her working hours.
The goal is to find a trustworthy person looking for a long-term role who can become a genuine pillar of the family's daily life. Permanent contract (CDI) - part-time.
Responsibilities
School Pick-Up
- Picking up the eldest child (7 years old) from school, travelling by metro (8 stops)
- Taking charge of the other 3 children upon returning home
- Managing the journey calmly, attentively, and with absolute safety
Activities & Supervision
- Accompanying children to extracurricular activities and managing transport
- Games, early learning, creative activities, and outings suited to each child's age
- Helping with homework according to each child's level
Evening Duties
- Preparing simple, healthy, balanced meals for the children
- Serving dinner and supervising mealtimes
- Bath time, evening routine, and bedtime preparation
Requirements
- Significant, proven experience with several young children simultaneously required
- Comfortable with babies and children aged 3 to 7
- Patient, dynamic, and organised. Knowledge of gentle/positive parenting is a plus
- Independent, able to manage 4 children of different ages calmly and confidently
- Confident travelling on public transport with a child
- Discreet, reliable, and loyal (long-term commitment desired)
- Verifiable references from private families required
- Driving licence a plus
- Good command of French. (English a bonus)
Work conditions
- Location: Boulogne-Billancourt
- Contract type: Permanent (CDI)
Working hours:

- Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday: 4:00pm → 8:00pm
- Wednesday: 1:00pm → 8:00pm
- Days off: Saturday and Sunday
- Estimated weekly hours: 23 hours/week
- Benefit: parking assistance/coverage if needed
