Job description
We are seeking a highly qualified and hands-on Maintenance Manager to join a growing property maintenance company in Dubai.
This role focuses on overseeing and actively supporting maintenance operations across multiple private residential properties, while leading a team of technicians to consistently deliver work to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will be a strong technical specialist with extensive practical experience in maintenance activities, combined with a positive and motivating leadership style.
This individual will play a key role in guiding the team, developing technical capability, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians across multiple sites.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily maintenance operations and work schedules.
- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to technicians when required.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, confident, and professional communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
- Promote continuous improvement and support the ongoing development of the team’s technical skills.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are well maintained and readily available.
- Report on progress, technical issues, and completed works to management.
- Represent the company professionally at all times, building trust and long-term client confidence.
Company Scope of Work
- Façade renovation and restoration works.
- Internal wall works, flooring, and drywall installation.
- Air-conditioning cleaning and ventilation duct cleaning.
- Plumbing installation, repairs, and ongoing maintenance.
- Electrical works and routine electrical maintenance.
- General cleaning and deep cleaning services.
Requirements
- EU passport holders are prefered.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or
- Maintenance Supervisor.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise across multiple maintenance disciplines.
- Solid knowledge of MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a technical team.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a supportive leadership style.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients.
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented.
- Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
- Well-organised, dependable, and able to work independently.
Work conditions
- Location: Dubai – Private Residential Properties
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
