The household already employs a full-time nanny; therefore, this role will be primarily focused on housekeeping, with childcare support as needed, particularly in the mornings and evenings. The family includes a 10-year-old daughter who attends grammar school, a 5-month-old baby cared for by the nanny, and plans for a third child in 2027.

Children in the household

  • Legally eligible to work in Austria (EU passport or valid Austrian/EU work permit)

  • Strong, relevant housekeeping and childcare experience
  • Proven longevity in previous roles (long-term positions preferred)

Childcare Support

  • Providing support in the evenings after 6:00 pm, once the nanny finishes.
  • Being warm, friendly, and comfortable around children.
  • Over time, the role may become more child-focused depending on the family’s needs.

Additional Duties

  • Simple home-style cooking is a plus, though not required.
  • Running small errands when needed.
  • Remaining flexible and supportive as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Tagalog-speaking is a plus.
  • Warm, loyal, kind, and trustworthy.
  • Active, dynamic, and flexible.
  • Comfortable working in a family-oriented household.
  • Good level of English required.
  • Strong references and a long-term mindset are essential.

Schedule

  • 5.5 to 6 days per week
  • Days off during the week (e.g. Monday and Tuesday)
  • Some flexibility required
