Live- In Butler job (M/F) in Dubai, UAE
Job description
An experienced Butler is needed to manage a very large private apartment (1,000m²) in Dubai, overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the household and supervising a small existing team (chauffeur, chef, 2 maids), reporting directly to the principals.
Live-in position, full-time. Start date is as soon as possible. In the meantime, a butler is currently engaged on a temporary mission and will be available to help train and onboard the new hire.
Responsibilities
- Full management of the apartment and coordination of the household team
- Formal butler service and household standards to a high level
- General household organisation and oversight
- Additional duties as needed, supporting the wider team and household when required
Requirements
- Highly organised, with strong POS (standard operating procedures) discipline
- Previous experience in a demanding, high-standard household environment
- Comfortable managing and supervising a small household team
- Fluent English essential
- Seeking a candidate with longevity in mind, someone looking to settle into a long-term position
