Job description
We are recruiting, on behalf of our client's primary residence located in Paris 75008, a Housekeeper/Cook to take charge of household duties and meal preparation. Position to be filled as soon as possible. Fixed-term contract (CDD) of 6 months – 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out household tasks (cleaning, polishing, dusting, sweeping, washing windows and floors, etc.)
- Managing laundry (washing, ironing and storage)
- Managing stock (cleaning products and other supplies)
- Food shopping
- Cooking for the family (a couple and two children)
- Additional errands (dry cleaning, post office, pharmacy, etc.)
- Receiving parcels and deliveries
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions
- Occasional care of the children (accompanying them to extracurricular activities)
- Reporting to the employer
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar professional setting
- Versatile, autonomous and organised individual
- Someone who enjoys working in a family environment with children
- A liking for cooking
- Sense of responsibility
- Flexibility when needed
- Full confidentiality guaranteed to the employer
- Speaks French and/or English and/or Italian
