Job description
A family is seeking an experienced, Live-in Housekeeper/Cook for a long-term position based in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Erbil.
The ideal candidate will be an educated professional, trustworthy, and respectful, with strong communication skills in English and a solid background working within a private household.
Responsibilities
- Full housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry
- Organising and maintaining the home
- Preparing both Middle Eastern and international dishes, with willingness to learn the family's preferred meals
- Travelling internationally with the family when legally permitted
Requirements
- Significant previous experience in a private household setting
- Strong cooking skills, ideally Filipino or Indonesian background, with the ability to prepare Middle Eastern and international dishes
- Good spoken English
- Trustworthy, professional, and educated
- Willing to relocate long-term to Kurdistan and travel internationally when required
- Excellent, verifiable references
