Job description

A prominent Chairman based in Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, is seeking an exceptional Household Attendant to provide dedicated personal support and manage daily tasks exclusively for him.

The household has a team of 13 staff members who serve the entire family, but this position is solely
focused on supporting the Chairman.

The Personal Attendant will be responsible for managing the Chairman’s personal needs, including laundry, clothing organization, meals coordination, errands, schedule management, and accompanying the Chairman locally and internationally (Europe and the US) when required.

The role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the Chairman’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal assistance exclusively to the Chairman, managing daily schedule, tasks, and errands.
  • Handle the Chairman’s laundry, clothing, personal organization, and maintenance of personal items.
  • Maintain personal spaces for the Chairman, ensuring all belongings are organized and in order.
  • Liaise with household staff and the kitchen regarding the Chairman’s meals, diet, and food preferences.
  • Accompany the Chairman locally and internationally as required.
  • Support the Chairman’s activities, including gym sessions, meetings, and other personal engagements.
  • Run personal errands efficiently and manage ad hoc tasks.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
  • Adapt to the Chairman’s preferences, schedule changes, and special requests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in personal assistance, private household management, or similar roles.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable to the Chairman’s schedule, including international travel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and professionalism.

Work conditions

  • Private live-in accommodation with attached bathroom provided.
  • Meals provided.
  • Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off.
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, flexibility required.
  • Work visa, medical insurance, and flight ticket every 2 years provided.
  • Annual leave provided.

Salary

Up to AED 3500 net per month.
