Responsibilities
- Deliver refined table setting and seamless food & beverage service for daily meals
and private gatherings. - Craft signature cocktails, aperitifs, and premium beverage service with flair and
confidence. - Warmly greet arriving guests, creating a welcoming, high-end atmosphere across
all reception spaces. - Coordinate event setups, entertaining logistics, and post-event breakdowns.
- Oversee the immaculate presentation and light daily care of reception and guest
entertaining areas.
Requirements
- High-energy hospitality background (5-star hotels, private households, chalets, or
superyacht interior team). - Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, charming, and proactive
personality. - Strong knowledge of modern mixology, wine service, and formal dining standards.
- Adaptable, hands-on mindset, happy to support household operations wherever
needed. - Fluent in English with a valid driving license.
Work conditions
- Contract: Seasonal contract (November 2026 – May 2027) with excellent longterm career progression potential.
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days on / 2 days off. Please note: Working weekends and
public/festive holidays is required, as guest visits and estate entertaining occur
primarily on weekends and holidays. Standard days off will be provided during
mid-week days. - Location: Wicklow, Ireland (Accommodation options available / negotiable)
