Job description
A respected European family residing in a two-floor apartment on the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper / Nanny to join their warm and supportive household.
The family has three children aged 9 years, 3 years, and 8 months, as well as one cat, and are committed to building a long-term, stable relationship with the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Maintain the home to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and organization
- Laundry, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe care
- Organizing clothing, shoes, household items, inventories, and storage areas
- Care for valuable household items and delicate materials
- Care for outdoor plants
- Provide childcare support for children aged 3 years and 8 months
- Ensure engaging, age-appropriate, and development-focused activities
- Occasional Cooking for the family
- Follow parental guidance regarding routines, education, and child engagement
Requirements
- Exceptional skills in housekeeping and household organization at the highest level
- Experience caring for babies and young children
- Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate English
- Clear communication and proactive approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Strong laundry, ironing, steaming, and garment-care skills
- Experience handling valuable household items and working with materials such as wood, leather, marble, crystal, silk, cashmere, and fine fabrics
- Excellent organizational skills, including wardrobe management, seasonal clothing storage, decluttering, and inventory management
- Ability to understand and consistently follow household standards and instructions
- Fast and efficient worker with a strong sense of responsibility
- Experience in a high-net-worth household
- Nursery or early childhood education experience
- Strong healthy cooking skills
- Experience caring for plants and pets
- Basic computer literacy
