This is a senior-level role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a deep understanding of luxury household standards.
The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining impeccable residences while managing housekeeping staff, systems, and protocols across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with prior UHNW experience who leads with confidence, precision, and a service-driven mindset.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations across multiple residences.
- Establish and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Manage, train, and supervise housekeeping staff and vendors.
- Create and enforce cleaning schedules, checklists, and household systems.
- Expert care of fine furnishings, luxury surfaces, artwork, and wardrobes.
- Laundry and wardrobe oversight, including fine garment and fabric care.
- Prepare homes for principals, guests, and formal entertaining.
- Inventory management and coordination with estate management as needed.
- Always maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working in UHNW or high-profile private households.
- Prior experience in an Executive Housekeeper or senior housekeeping role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
