Job description

A distinguished private household in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a highly accomplished and discreet Executive Household Assistant / Lifestyle Manager to oversee all aspects of household operations and personal lifestyle management for the principal and their family.

This is a senior, trust-based position suited to a polished professional who thrives in a high-expectation environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and delivers consistently exceptional results.

The ideal candidate brings a background in luxury hospitality, private household management, or VIP services, and understands the standards, sensitivities, and rhythms of a high-net-worth household.

Responsibilities

Household & Operations Management
  • Oversee the seamless day-to-day running of the residence, ensuring all areas are maintained to luxury hospitality standards at all times.
  • Supervise, schedule, and coordinate household staff including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, nannies, butlers, and external contractors.
  • Monitor staff performance, conduct briefings, and ensure all duties are executed to the highest standard of efficiency and professionalism.
  • Manage household inventories including groceries, cleaning supplies, uniforms, toiletries, and luxury goods — ensuring nothing runs short.
  • Coordinate all maintenance, repairs, cleaning schedules, landscaping, pest control, and specialist household services.
  • Ensure the residence is perpetually guest-ready, immaculate, and aligned with the principal's standards and preferences.

 

Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management
  • Manage the principal's calendar, appointments, meetings, and personal schedule with precision and proactive planning.
  • Coordinate personal shopping, wardrobe organization, dry cleaning, tailoring, and seasonal clothing management.
  • Arrange restaurant reservations, social engagements, VIP bookings, and private events.
  • Organize gifts, celebrations, family occasions, and hospitality arrangements for guests and visitors.
  • Handle all confidential personal and administrative matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Accompany the principal as required to appointments, events, shopping engagements, and travel.

 

Travel & Logistics
  • Plan and coordinate all international and domestic travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visa arrangements, itineraries, and
  • airport concierge services.
  • Prepare detailed, comprehensive travel schedules and ensure all logistics are confirmed well in advance.
  • Liaise with travel agencies, private aviation contacts, hotel concierges, chauffeurs, and security teams as required.
  • Manage packing, luggage coordination, and all travel-related household preparations.

 

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage household expenses, petty cash, invoices, and vendor payments.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of household expenditure, contracts, warranties, and subscriptions.
  • Liaise with accountants, suppliers, and service providers on behalf of the principal.
  • Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate with vendors, and ensure best value without compromising quality.
  • Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and reports with care and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience working within a high-net-worth private household, luxury estate, or VIP environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English- French is considered a significant advantage.
  • Impeccably presented, polished, and professional in appearance and manner at all times.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and deeply confidential in the handling of all sensitive matters.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage household staff.
  • Highly flexible and willing to travel internationally with the principal as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email management, and online booking platforms.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in all situations and environments.
  • Formal certification in hospitality management, household management, etiquette, or administration.
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, VIP services, private aviation, superyachts, or family office
  • environments.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury lifestyle management and international social etiquette.
  • Experience working with GCC-based or internationally mobile principals is a strong advantage.
  • Open to relocation to Lusail, Qatar - candidates already based in Qatar are also welcome.

Work conditions

  • Accommodation: Provided by the employer
  • Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
  • Location: Lusail, Qatar
  • Start Date: As soon as possible (ASAP)

Salary

AED 9,200 – AED 16,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications (DOE)
