Job description

We are seeking, for our client's main residence located near La Roche-sur-Yon (85 - Vendée), a retired Domestic Couple to handle the interior and exterior upkeep of the property.

Position to be filled immediately - Permanent contract (CDI), part-time, 20 hours/week for each member of the couple. Independent accommodation.

Responsibilities

Interior upkeep (housekeeping, dusting, polishing, etc.)
Managing laundry (washing, ironing, putting away)
Managing supplies
Meal preparation
Grocery shopping and other errands
Garden upkeep (mowing, pruning, trimming, weeding, watering, planting, etc.)
Plant care
Upkeep of the terrace and outdoor furniture
Basic upkeep of the 2 swimming pools
Ensuring equipment is properly maintained (air conditioning, heating, technical/utility room, etc.)
DIY and minor repairs
Driving on request (accompanying to appointments)
Vehicle upkeep (washing, tracking service records, etc.)
Welcoming outside service providers and following up on their work
Occasional support at the second residence (Morocco)
Monitoring and safeguarding the property
Reporting to the employer

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar professional environment
Versatile, reliable, autonomous, and organised individuals
Strong sense of responsibility and service
Good interpersonal skills
Flexibility required
Comfortable with pets
Discretion and confidentiality guaranteed to the employer
French speaking
Driving licence required
