A professional couple in Coral Gables is seeking an experienced Domestic Couple to manage their elegant 7,000 square foot residence + guest house.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional team to work together in a prestigious household, providing comprehensive property management and household services.
The ideal candidates will work as a cohesive unit to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and household operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of the 7,000 square foot residence
- Manage all laundry services including washing, ironing, and wardrobe care
- Prepare light meals and assist with meal planning
- Provide safe and reliable driving services for the family
- Perform handyman tasks and general property maintenance
- Oversee garden maintenance, watering, and outdoor upkeep
- Maintain household manuals and operational checklists
- Conduct grocery shopping and run household errands
- Ensure all household systems and appliances are functioning properly
- Coordinate and oversee external service providers when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-end private residences
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A service-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well together as a team
- The utmost discretion and professionalism
- Previous experience in housekeeping, estate management, cooking, driving, and property maintenance (essential)
- Valid driver’s licences (required)
