Domestic Couple job in Bonifacio, Santa Manza, Corse, France
Job description
A family is seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Domestic Couple to take charge of the complete upkeep and management of their high-end residence in Santa Manza, Bonifacio, in Southern Corsica.
This is a year-round, permanent position (CDI), with the couple's busiest period during the summer season, when the family — five children aged 4 to 21, the parents, and their small dog (a Pomsky) — is in full residence. Start date as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Light garden maintenance and watering
- Small handyman and DIY tasks
- Preparation and opening of the house ahead of family stays
- Full caretaking and management of the residence: inventories, monitoring and management of service contracts (Internet, air conditioning, etc.)
- Housekeeping to the highest standards
- Meal preparation — healthy, varied and balanced cooking, with Mediterranean and Greek inspiration particularly welcome
- Attention to the art of living within the residence: flowers, décor, and a five-star atmosphere
- Initiative and a sense of anticipation in day-to-day life
Requirements
- An experienced, discreet and autonomous couple, accustomed to the standards of a high-end household and to supporting a family
- Fluency in French required; Italian, Russian or English would be a valued asset
- Driving licence and personal vehicle required
- A genuine sensitivity to children's wellbeing and comfort with a small dog
Work conditions
- Permanent contract (CDI), start date as soon as possible
- Independent 60 m² staff accommodation within the property
- A golf cart may be made available for getting around the estate
- Residence of approximately 500 m², with 7 to 8 bedrooms, in the Santa Manza area (Bonifacio, Southern Corsica)
- Property mainly occupied during the summer season, from June to the end of August, and during school holidays
