Job description
We are seeking a warm, personable, and versatile Clubhouse Concierge / Guest Services professional to join a newly opening private clubhouse at EŌME Residences, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
The clubhouse is exclusively for community owners and includes a small, casual pool and beach club environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting community owners and their guests while helping to create a relaxed, friendly, and personalised clubhouse experience.
As this is a small and newly established operation, the role is not limited to traditional concierge duties. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, flexible, and willing to be involved in the overall operation, working closely with the restaurant, waiting staff, and wider clubhouse team.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in hospitality and in creating a welcoming family atmosphere, rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clubhouse owners and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Provide personalised assistance and ensure members feel comfortable and well looked after.
- Handle enquiries, requests, bookings, and general clubhouse assistance.
- Provide information about clubhouse facilities, services, activities, and local amenities
when required. - Assist with organising and coordinating member requests.
- Maintain a good understanding of the clubhouse facilities and daily operations.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the clubhouse.
- Coordinate closely with the restaurant, kitchen, waiting staff, and other clubhouse team
members. - Assist with guest service during busy periods and wherever support is required.
- Help maintain a clean, organised, welcoming, and relaxed clubhouse environment.
- Anticipate member needs and proactively assist wherever possible.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally and escalate matters when necessary.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the overall member experience.
- Assist with the setup and development of clubhouse procedures and service standards as
the operation is newly opening. - Be willing to assist with different tasks across the clubhouse rather than being restricted to
traditional concierge responsibilities. - Help create a casual, easy-going, and family-oriented atmosphere.
- Work as part of a close-knit team and support colleagues whenever required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when dealing with
community owners and their guests. - Be open to becoming part of the overall clubhouse system and supporting different areas of the operation as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant and service team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for community owners.
Requirements
- Previous experience in concierge, guest relations, front office, hospitality, private club,
restaurant, hotel, or a similar customer-facing role. - Very good English communication skills.
- Warm, friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Strong interest in creating an excellent and personalised guest experience.
- Hands-on and flexible approach to work.
- Comfortable working in a small team and taking on different responsibilities when required.
- Ability to take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Ability to remain calm, helpful, and positive when dealing with members and guests.

- Willingness to support colleagues and assist with different aspects of the operation when

Work conditions
- Work Location: Private clubhouse at EŌME Residences, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai,
exclusively serving community owners. - Working Days: 6 days per week.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Employment: Full-time, long-term position.
- Candidates: Candidates already based in the UAE are preferred.
