Chauffeur / House Manager job (M/F) in Paris, France
Job description
A business executive based in Paris is looking for an Chauffeur / House Manager to take up the position in September.
A true logistical right-hand, this discreet and highly organised professional will be at the heart of their employer's daily life, both for travel and for the smooth running of their office.
Responsibilities
- Managing all of the employer's daily travel: home, offices, business appointments, airports and events
- Planning routes in anticipation of traffic and scheduling constraints
- Keeping vehicles in perfect condition and managing their regular servicing
- Occasional travel within France or abroad as required
- VIP transfers for the employer's family or guests
- Supervising the general upkeep of the office premises
- Coordinating external contractors and service providers
- Managing supplies and consumables
- Ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the workspaces
- Handling errands, commissions, parcel and sensitive mail reception
- Managing reservations: restaurants, hotels and transport
- Light administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a private chauffeur for a business executive, public figure or UHNW family
- Excellent knowledge of Paris and the Île-de-France region
- Fluent French and English, spoken and written
- Impeccable presentation, absolute discretion and unwavering punctuality
- Versatile, autonomous and able to anticipate the employer's needs with composure and efficiency
- Category B driving licence mandatory; VTC licence is a plus
Work conditions
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI), Monday to Friday
- Live-out position
- Start date: early September 2026
