Job description
We are looking for a qualified Caretaker/Factotum for our client's private mansion located in Paris 75007, responsible for the maintenance of common areas, equipment upkeep and building security.
The position is available immediately. This is a full-time permanent contract with staff accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of common areas (entrance hall, corridor, courtyard, stairs, etc.)
- Monitoring and follow-up of facility maintenance (home automation, heating, air conditioning, etc.)
- Welcoming external contractors and overseeing technical interventions
- Receiving deliveries and parcels
- Terrace maintenance (sweeping, pressure washing, etc.)
- Small garden maintenance (lawn mowing, leaf collection, watering, etc.)
- Garden furniture maintenance
- Vehicle maintenance (interior and exterior)
- Maintenance and upkeep of the indoor swimming pool and Spa
- Managing cleaning product stock
- Expense management with reporting to the employer or office
- Site surveillance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar professional environment
- Autonomous, reliable and resourceful
- Strong service ethic
- Good technical skills (home automation, alarm systems, basic electrical work, etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Flexibility required
- Confidentiality guaranteed to the employer
- French spoken
- Driving licence required

- Location: Paris 75007
- Contract type: Permanent (CDI) – full-time (40hrs/week)
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 12:00pm / 1:30pm – 5:30pm | Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm / 1:30pm – 4:30pm | Saturday morning (every other week)
- Staff accommodation: renovated 40m² apartment

From €3,500 gross/month (depending on profile)
