A private family is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly professional In-Home Caregiver to provide personalized, high-quality care within the home.

Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Offer hands-on assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Health Monitoring: Monitor and report changes in health status to family members or healthcare professionals promptly.
- Medication & Medical Support: Administer medication reminders and assist with light medical tasks as directed by healthcare providers.
- Household Management: Maintain a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping, meal preparation, and providing private transportation to appointments.
- Companionship: Provide dedicated emotional support and companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation.
- Care Plan Adherence: Follow care plans meticulously to ensure all specific needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
- Documentation & Communication: Document daily activities accurately and communicate effectively with family members regarding progress and wellness.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting, professional relationships with the client and family.
- Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures, geriatrics, post-acute care, or outpatient care enhances your effectiveness.
- Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure situations, demonstrating calmness, clarity, and quick-thinking during emergencies.
- High level of discretion and respect for private family dynamics.
Work conditions
- Start Date: Flexible
- Location: San Francisco, Bay Area
- Schedule: Full-time schedule, Day Shift: 8am-8pm, Overnight Shift: 8pm-8am
Shift Availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Overnight Shift (Preferred): 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Expected Hours: 36.0 – 48.0 per week
