Job description
We are looking for our client's primary residence located in Paris 75016, a Multi-skilled Butler (M/F) responsible for the art of the table and the general upkeep of the house, working in coordination with the House Manager.
This is a permanent contract (CDI) - 32 hours/week (Thursday/Friday/Saturday/ Sunday).
The position is to be filled at the beginning of September.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the general upkeep and good order of the house
- Manage the art of the table (table setting, floral decoration, table service, beverage service…)
- Cooking on request
- Welcome external service providers in the absence of the House Manager
- Run errands - Manage purchases with reporting
- Manage food stocks and other supplies
- Additional services (dry cleaning, pharmacy, etc.)
- Vehicle maintenance and upkeep of service records
- Chauffeur on request
- Light logistics (moving furniture, various transport tasks…) and minor handyman work
- Follow instructions given by the employer and/or the House Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar professional setting
- Autonomous, versatile, and dynamic individual
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion for cooking
- Perfect command of the art of the table
- Guaranteed confidentiality and discretion towards the employer
- French speaking
- Driving license required
