A private family is looking for a Butler for their main residence in Barcelona, Spain in order to ensure the management and organization of the property.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Butler for private families
  • Being able to coordinate a small team
  • French and English conversational, Spanish will be a plus
  • Proficiency in formal service
  • Driving licence
  • Chauffeur skills
  • Presentable 
  • Flexible and available
  • Able to multitask 
  • Reliable
  • Discreet 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Management and organization of the housekeeping team
  • Organization of all staff rotas
  • Silver service
  • Setting up the table and service at the table
  • Monitoring and checking of the performance of tasks entrusted to the team
  • Taking care of wooden furniture
  • Ensuring general proper maintenance of the residence
  • Wardrobe management 
  • Preparing luggage (packing / unpacking)
  • Performing chauffeur duties 
  • Car fleet management
  • Maintaining the swimming pool and technical room
  • Managing minor maintenance of the residence
  • Reporting to Personal  Assistant of the Family
  • Running errands

Salary
3000 - 3600 euros / net per month (depending on profile)
