Private Chef Cook Job and Vacancy


​Family of 4 (2 children, 8 months old boy and 10 years old girl) is looking for a modern professional cook. The family eats only healthy food, so they need a cook to be able to cook healthy, dietary dishes. Cook will have to make lunch and dinner for the whole family. Family has lunch at 1:00pm -3pm and dinner at 7:00pm.

Schedule: 6 working days, 1 day off, from 9:00 (10:00) am to 8:00pm.
 
This is a live-out position.
 
Duties and responsibilities
  • Daily menu planning considering dietary habits and tastes of all family members
  • Cooking of European / Italian / dietary cuisine
  • Cooking of healthy, tasty, low-calorie and dietary dishes
  • Cooking of proper food for the infant
  • Making list of products
  • Purchasing of fresh products
  • Table setting
  • Cooking for himself / herself and a nanny 
  • Keeping the workplace, kitchen equipment and household appliances clean and tidy
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality and subordination
 
Requirements
  • Experience as a cook in restaurants/cafes
  • Professional education or training for chefs as advantage
  • Literate Russian
  • Driving License
  • Own vehicle
  • Ability to cook European cuisine (Mediterranean, Japanese, Italian and so on)
  • Ability to cook healthy dietary dishes
  • Ability to cook for the one-year old child
  • Professional in his/her work
  • Responsible
  • Active
  • Decent, neat and tidy appearance
  • Having previous work experience

Salary – min. 70000 RUB 
Trial period – 2 weeks
