Senior SEO & Content Manager Job (Bilingual English/French) - Fully Remote

Morgan & Mallet is a luxury recruitment group placing exceptional people into the world's most discerning households, hotels, restaurants, and yachts.
We operate across six markets - the US, UK, UAE, France, Switzerland, and Monaco - through three specialist brands and six bilingual websites covering household staff, hospitality staff, and yacht crew, in both English and French.
We're hiring a Senior SEO & Content Manager (bilingual English/French) to take full ownership of organic search and editorial content across all six of our websites. You'll be accountable for lead growth, content standards, and our visibility across both traditional search and AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- This is a senior, hands-on role to help shape the direction of SEO. You'll be experienced in the technical side of SEO and you'll also be comfortable writing and editing content and briefs. You'll set SEO and editorial direction and work with our developers, designer, and Social/PR lead. You'll report to the Head of Marketing.
- This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We want someone with opinions and fresh ideas - who is comfortable to challenge how we work if needed, and help drive the business forward.
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in both English and French. This is non-negotiable. You'll be writing, editing, and quality-controlling content in both languages every week, and briefing recruiters and developers across UK and French-speaking markets.
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally on multi-region, multilingual sites
- A genuine understanding of strong content - you can spot weak writing straight away, know how to fix it, and understand what good content actually looks like (real substance, no fluff, no AI tells)
- Demonstrable Schema.org / structured data experience that you've worked on yourself, not just briefed
- Confidence in WordPress (Elementor experience a plus)
- Strong working command of GSC, GA4, and Ahrefs.
- The ability to brief developers precisely and read enough HTML/JS to diagnose rendering and indexing issues
- Active daily use of AI tools (Claude) in your SEO and content workflow - as a core part of how you work
You'll stand out if you also have
- Experience with GEO, AI search visibility, or LLM citation strategy
- A background in luxury, hospitality, recruitment, or any HNW-facing services
- Experience leading site migrations or large-scale architectural restructures
The tooling you'll work with
WordPress and Elementor, Yoast, Ahrefs, Claude, GSC, GA4, Zoho CRM, plus a suite of in-house tools we've built.
