Job description

A highly private UHNW individual is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to provide meticulous care of their residence on a weekly basis.

The ideal candidate is discreet, proactive, and accustomed to working in luxury homes, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and garment care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough deep cleaning of all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and specialty surfaces.
  • Maintain overall household organization and tidiness.
  • Laundry care including washing, folding, and proper garment handling.
  • Ironing and pressing linens and bed sheets to a high standard.
  • Care for delicate fabrics and high-end finishes.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
  • Follow household systems and preferences precisely.
  • Optional: Light meal preparation or simple cooking (a plus, not required).

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in private homes, ideally with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and fabric care.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

Work conditions

  • Location: NYC, downtown near WTC
  • Schedule: Part Time, one day a week, 8-10 hours a day as needed

$45-$50/hour
