Full-Time Live-In Housekeeper job (M/F) in Marbella, Spain and Baku Azerbaijan
Job description
A UHNW family is seeking an experienced, discreet, and professional Live-In Housekeeper to support their private household across two international residences: Marbella (Spain) and Baku (Azerbaijan).
The successful candidate will be highly organised, flexible, and accustomed to working in a high-standard private household environment. This is a long-term, permanent position for someone comfortable with international travel and adaptable working hours.
Responsibilities
- Daily general cleaning to a high standard.
- Deep cleaning as required.
- Laundry and ironing.
- Wardrobe management.
- Household organisation.
- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and presentation of the home always.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the household.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in private households.
- Previous experience in UHNW/VIP households is strongly preferred.
- Formal housekeeping or hospitality training is an advantage.
- Fluent English and Russian required.
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexible, calm, and adaptable to changing schedules.
Work conditions
- Start Date: Flexible (February / March)
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Working Schedule: 6 days per week
- Baku: Approx. 8 months per year.
- Marbella: Approx. 4 months per year.
- The housekeeper will travel with the family between locations.
- Flights and visas are fully provided/sponsored.
- Live-in position in both locations.
- Private bedroom and private bathroom provided.
- All meals/food provided.
- Comfortable, well-maintained private residences.
