Job description
A UHNW couple living in Monaco, with a little boy, is looking for a Junior Housekeeper (M/F). The 600 m² duplex apartment, with rooftop, terraces and private pool, is located a two-minute walk from the train station.
The position consists of assisting the Housekeeper in the daily tasks of the residence, maintaining an impeccable environment and offering a discreet and professional service.
This is a Monegasque permanent contract, unhoused, part-time (3 days a week), with immediate start date.
Responsibilities
Interior maintenance:
- Thorough cleaning of living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, dressing rooms, offices and common areas.
- Rigorous maintenance of the bathrooms (taps, marble, mirrors, glass walls, sanitary ware) with products adapted to noble materials.
- Dusting and careful care of the furniture.
- Vacuuming and washing floors according to defined protocols.
- Harmonious storage and constant presentation of spaces.
- Regular verification of the general condition of the parts and immediate reporting of any anomaly to the Housekeeper.
Exterior maintenance:
- Cleaning and tidying up of the terraces and rooftop.
- Maintenance of outdoor furniture, glazed railings and floors.
- Preparation of outdoor spaces before use (installation of cushions, installation of furniture, cleanliness check).
- Adaptation to weather conditions, with the removal or protection of furniture and accessories in case of rain, wind or other bad weather.
Teamwork:
- Direct collaboration with the Ruler, accepting his daily directives and learning his methods.
- Punctual assistance in additional tasks according to the needs of the residence and family.
- An asset if you have cooking skills to help punctually in the preparation of simple or supplementary meals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury private residences or with UHNW clients.
- A gentle, calm, professional and proactive temperament, capable of working in tandem with the Housekeeper.
- An attitude of excellence, recognized know-how and interpersonal skills, with verifiable references.
- Fluency in French, English being a plus.
- Discretion, loyalty and strict respect for confidentiality.
- A sense of detail and attention to the needs of the family and the residence.
- An irreproachable presentation and perfect hygiene (hair tied up if woman, shaved beard if man, neat nails).
- Mandatory domiciliation in the Alpes-Maritimes (06) or bordering Italy, near Monaco.
Work conditions
- Location: Monaco (two minutes walk from the train station)
- Type of contract: Permanent contract in Monaco. 25 hours per week.
- Trial period: 3 months.
- Opening hours: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (with a 40-minute lunch break).
- Start date: as soon as possible
Salary
Gross annual salary of €21,600.
