A private Ultra-High-Net-Worth family is seeking an exceptional Housekeeper to support their primary residence in their summer home in East Hampton.
This position requires a highly experienced, discreet, and service-oriented professional accustomed to working at the highest level. NDA must be signed.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working for UHNW principals, with a strong understanding of formal household operations, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Full-charge housekeeping and meticulous upkeep of luxury residences.
- Detailed cleaning, organizing, and maintaining high standards of presentation at all times.
- Fine fabric care, laundry, and wardrobe management.
- Preparing homes for arrivals, departures, and entertaining.
- Working collaboratively with other household staff.
- Following established household systems while adapting seamlessly to preferences.
- Maintaining discretion, professionalism, and composure always.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in UHNW or high-profile private households.
- Strong knowledge of luxury home care, surfaces, and high-end furnishings.
- Polished demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a service-driven mindset.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel seasonally between NYC and the Hamptons.
- Long-term references demonstrating reliability and excellence.
