Full-Time House Manager job (M/F) in Kuwait City, Kuwait
Job description
A high-profile family in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced and discreet House Manager to oversee the smooth running of their fully staffed 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom residence.
Reporting directly to the principal or the family office, the House Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of 12 household staff, ensuring impeccable standards and seamless household operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily work of 12 household staff members.
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards at all times.
- Supervise and assist with guest service and hospitality.
- Liaise with the family office and principal on household matters.
- Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
- Ensure smooth execution of household events and visits.
- Monitor supplies, stock, and vendors as needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience.
- To hold a certificates or had training in a related field.
- Must be educated above high school level.
- Have experience in the GCC region.
- Proven experience as a House Manager in a private household.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Discreet, reliable, and highly professional.
- Ability to manage a busy household and staff team effectively.
Work conditions
- Live-out position
- 6 working days per week
- Based in a spacious property in Kuwait
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract Type: CDI Temps plein / CDI 100 %
