Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Office Assistant to ensure the smooth daily operation and professional upkeep of our office located in DIFC. This position is ideally suited to a candidate coming from a hospitality background, who understands the importance of service standards, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming environment.

This role goes beyond traditional office assistance. The successful candidate will play an essential part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment while supporting the team with refreshments, light administrative duties, and general office coordination. A background in hospitality will be highly valued, as the role requires a service-oriented mindset and the ability to anticipate the needs of both staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and the ability to maintain high standards throughout the office. Your presence will contribute to creating a comfortable and efficient workplace where employees and guests feel supported throughout the day.
