Job description
A distinguished VVIP family in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an exceptional Housekeeper to join their private estate team.
The household maintains a staff of 40–50 across multiple properties, and the successful candidate will report directly to the European House Manager, ensuring the residence is maintained to impeccable, five-star standards at all times.
We are seeking A-plus calibre candidates — highly professional, detail-oriented, discreet, and experienced in serving UHNW/VVIP households. Preference will be given to Asian and African passport holders.
Responsibilities
- Assist and work closely with the House Manager in daily household operations.
- Perform high-standard cleaning and upkeep of all areas of the residence.
- Manage laundry, ironing, and advanced wardrobe care, including delicate and luxury garments.
- Prepare rooms to hotel-level standards, including guest room setup.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the property.
- Ensure all household areas are perfectly organized and presentation-ready at all times.
- Support events and guest visits as required.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury private households, estates, or five-star hotels.
- Strong knowledge of luxury fabric care and wardrobe management.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor, well-presented, and service-oriented.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing household needs.
- Fluent in English.
- Preference for Asian and African passport holders.
Work conditions
- Position: Housekeeper
- Location: Lahore, Pakistan
- Working hours: 8–10 hours per day (flexible during events or shift adjustments).
- Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off.
- Flights covered for initial relocation.
