This role requires a sophisticated blend of administrative precision and practical domestic support.

Responsibilities

Administrative & Digital Management

  • Use digital tools and apps to streamline household tasks, grocery orders, and travel logistics.
  • Act as the main point of contact, handling correspondence and maintaining organized digital files.

Household Operations & Hands-On Support

  • Source, vet, and oversee vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and interior projects.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and guest-ready home environment.
  • Handle daily dishes and organize high-traffic areas.
  • Run local errands, manage returns, and provide overall household support.

Child Support & Development

  • Supervise homework and assist with school projects.
  • Manage school pick-ups and coordinate playdates and extracurricular activities.
  • Prepare healthy, balanced snacks and meals.
  • Handle all laundry related to the child.

Requirements

  • Comfortable using smart-home technology.
  • Significant experience in a combined administrative and domestic role within a private residence.
  • Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism (NDA required).
  • Able to pass a comprehensive background check and provide excellent references.

Work conditions
