Position 1 – Head of House

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of five housekeepers
• Ensure exceptional housekeeping and maintenance standards throughout the estate
• Organise and oversee daily housekeeping operations
• Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules
• Ensure all areas of the property remain clean, organised, and impeccably maintained
• Manage household inventories and supplies
• Coordinate concierge services including restaurant reservations and guest appointments
• Work closely with the Principal to ensure the smooth running of the household
• Assist as a Personal Assistant with online shopping and administrative support
• Coordinate effectively with all household staff members
• Support table service and hospitality duties when required
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry if needed
• Oversee general home management tasks

Position 2 – Engineering / Handyman

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot fibre optic systems and network infrastructure
• Identify and repair telecom and networking faults
• Configure and establish VLANs and network expansions
• Operate and maintain reverse osmosis water treatment systems
• Repair and maintain hydraulic systems, PVC systems, and pool filtration equipment
• Perform low to mid-voltage electrical work and install electrical panels
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in accordance with U.S. electrical code standards
• Work with electromechanical systems including soft starters and VFDs
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain land and marine engines
• Maintain HVAC systems, including Mitsubishi City Multi units
• Ensure all engineering systems operate efficiently and safely
• Adapt to warm and humid working environments while maintaining high performance
