Job description
A private family is looking for an experienced Domestic Couple for a property located in the Yvelines, with the family in residence year-round.
We are looking for a reliable, discreet and versatile couple who wish to commit long-term and care for the house and its grounds with attention and dedication.
Responsibilities
Interior Maintenance
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the house
- Laundry management (washing, ironing, putting away)
- Keeping the house in perfect order at all times
- Occasional assistance during informal gatherings
Exterior Maintenance & General Upkeep
- Maintenance of the grounds and outdoor areas
- Minor works and general property maintenance
- Coordinating and welcoming service providers as needed
Security & Oversight
- Reassuring presence on the property
- General oversight of the house and access points
- Monitoring the proper functioning of all installations
Requirements
- Settled couple with experience in a private household
- Discretion, service-oriented mindset and high reliability
- Autonomy and strong organisational skills
- Verifiable references
- Driving licence preferred
Work conditions
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Independent accommodation provided on the property (caretaker's cottage)
- Permanent full-year position
- Pleasant working environment
- Occasional availability may be required at weekends during private events
