Julie has more than 20 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry, both in France and abroad. She managed teams and was responsible for hiring and choosing staff. 

Her background in luxury hotels prepared her for working with UHNWIs, where great service and privacy matter most.

She has run about 20 hiring processes throughout her career. Each one led to a stable and long-term job relationship. Quality over quantity has always been her way.

The Memory Book That Changed Everything

Over the years, Julie created a memory book capturing the experiences of her teams. It shows her company culture, her vision for helping people grow, and offers honest, clear feedback.
