From France
to Australia
Ellie’s most challenging placement was a French-speaking nanny from France to Australia. Navigating the visa requirement for candidates under 35 and seeing that placement completed gave her a lovely feeling of genuine help for a family.

Ellie often advises clients who have unrealistic expectations about job scope for a single salary, asking one person to do too much. Her role is to guide them toward a realistic package that ensures a successful, long-term placement.
Recently, she placed a driver and a housekeeper for a British couple moving to Dubai. By providing solid, honest advice on appropriate salaries and expectations, the process was straightforward. Both candidates and the couple started their new arrangement on the best possible footing.

Ellie loves working with Dubai. There’s such a diverse mix of different nationalities and people from all walks of life. She finds that everyone appreciates being treated with respect and attention. That diversity keeps the work interesting and meaningful.
Beyond the Office
People are often surprised to learn that Jonathan thrives in highly structured, fast-paced environments, yet he’s also naturally creative and intuitive.
That combination helps him see both the big picture and the tiny details that make or break a placement.
Here is a picture of Jonathan and Teddy his friendly little dog. When we asked for permission to use Teddy’s image, Jonathan replied “The little dog is Teddy – he is mine and will do as I say… lol…”.
