What Makes the Hard Work Worthwhile
One of Dave’s most rewarding experiences was placing a House Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor for a UHNW family in Iraq.
It was a tough recruitment because of the location and the family’s unique needs.
In the end, M&M found the right candidates. The family was happy to have professionals they could trust, and the candidates were happy too, enjoying great benefits and a fulfilling role.
Seeing candidates happy, getting good benefits, and even hearing a simple thank you really makes his heart full.
Building Experience Across Industries
Before working in recruitment, Dave was a teacher and an administrative assistant. These roles taught him to listen, understand people, ask the right questions, and pay attention to details.
All these skills help him now when recruiting for UHNWIs at M&M. Understanding clients’ needs and finding the right candidates is what he does every day.
He’s been with M&M for about two years and has completed over 50 placements in that time.
Iraq, Abu Dhabi, and Everything Between
Dave’s most memorable placements include that House Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor in Iraq.
Another standout was finding over 18 staff for a new boutique café in Abu Dhabi: manager, head chef, kitchen team, and service team, all while covering other clients.
It was an exhausting journey. But M&M managed to place everyone successfully. They’re about to launch in November 2025, and Dave is happy to be part of it.
