Daniele spent years working inside private homes before she moved into recruitment. That time gave her something most recruiters don’t have: a real understanding of what life inside those households looks like.
Originally from Brazil, she built her career in the U.S. from the ground up, starting in Massachusetts before eventually settling in South Florida. She works with international families, entrepreneurs, and principals who bring all kinds of cultural backgrounds through the door.

It’s the quality that rarely comes up in an interview. It’s also the one that decides whether a placement works a year in.
What She Looks for in Every Search
Daniele looks for fit before she looks for anything else. Experience matters, but a technically strong candidate who doesn’t suit the household won’t last.
She pays close attention to values, pace, how someone communicates, and what kind of life they’re walking into. When those things line up with the principal, the placement holds. That’s what she’s working toward every time.
She Knows Boston from the Inside
Daniele lived in Massachusetts for two years after moving from Brazil, and she draws on that time often when working with families in the Boston area.
Boston winters are no joke. Four months of serious snow and cold means estate managers and groundskeepers need real experience handling that kind of weather. She won’t put someone forward who hasn’t dealt with it before.
She’s also familiar with the seasons there, many wealthy families spend winter in Florida or abroad, then return to their Boston or Cape Cod properties in spring expecting everything to be ready.Â
Hiring tends to ramp up early in the year for exactly that reason. For properties on Martha’s Vineyard or the Cape, the work is often seasonal, running through spring and summer. For full Boston residences, it’s year-round.

South Florida draws an international crowd. The households Daniele works with often mix cultures, languages, and expectations in ways that keep her on her toes.
She loves that. Working across different backgrounds means picking up on things that don’t always show up on a resume: how someone communicates, what formality means to them, how they read a room in a culturally mixed home. It makes the work harder and more interesting in equal measure.
