Job description
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable personal service to the principal and their guests, always anticipating needs with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee and coordinate staff across multiple residences, yachts and private aircraft, ensuring smooth service delivery across all properties and environments.
- Supervise household operations, including housekeeping, chefs, drivers and external contractors, maintaining consistently high standards.
- Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics and day-to-day coordination while accompanying the principal.
- Manage wardrobes, packing/unpacking and care of luxury clothing, accessories and personal items.
- Organise and oversee events, dinners and private functions, ensuring flawless execution.
- Safeguard confidentiality, discretion, and security always.
- Handle ad-hoc requests with efficiency, adaptability and a solutions-focused approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in similar roles within high-profile households or UHNW environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and oversee diverse teams across different properties.
- Fluent in English (Spanish desirable), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of initiative, discretion, and problem-solving abilities; adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Experience working on yachts, private jets, or across multi-residence households is highly advantageous.
- Background or experience in security or VIP protocol will be considered an added bonus.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Clean driving licence.
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina to manage demanding schedules and travel requirements.
- Impeccable manners, polished presentation and an unwaveringly professional attitude.
