Job description
An active couple residing in a private mansion of approximately 800 m² located in the heart of Paris, 7th arrondissement, is looking for a Senior Housekeeper (M/F) to ensure the maintenance of the highest standards of organization, service and management of their property.
This position is aimed at a high-end private service professional with a keen eye for detail, excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to evolve in a demanding environment where discretion, precision and reliability are essential.
The employer leads a steady pace of life and expects his or her housekeeper to have a perfect command of the codes of the department, a high degree of autonomy and an ability to anticipate daily needs with efficiency and elegance.
The Senior Housekeeper (M/F) must demonstrate impeccable presentation, great organizational rigor and a constant commitment to service excellence.
Permanent contract - full-time - Unhoused position. Start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- To ensure the permanent maintenance of the property in an irreproachable state of cleanliness, organization and presentation.
- Setting up and maintaining structured home systems (inventories, checklists, organization of spaces).
- Manage the stocks, supplies and orders necessary for the proper functioning of the residence.
- Carry out daily inspections of the property to ensure compliance with the principal's standards.
- Ensure the maintenance of the laundry, the care of the clothes as well as the organization of the wardrobe and dressing rooms, in collaboration with the domestic employee in place.
- Ensure the maintenance of the house in collaboration with the housekeeper, as well as equipment and work if necessary.
- Prepare breakfast.
- To offer a high-end service including preparation of drinks, set-up and assistance with meals in receptions.
- Guarantee impeccable service to the principal and his guests.
- Greet guests and ensure compliance with codes, protocol and high-end service.
- Anticipate guests' preferences and ensure their comfort during their presence.
- Maintain reception areas and guest areas in pristine condition.
- Assist the principal in the management of certain daily routines and general organization.
- Coordinate interventions with external service providers, maintenance teams and suppliers.
- Monitor and manage suppliers and service providers.
- Carry out certain personal errands (food, dry cleaning, pharmacy, parcels, specific purchases).
- Manage shoe shine, flower and plant care for the residence.
- Coordinate with caterers and event providers at private functions.
- Ensure the home is always ready to entertain.
- Supporting a dynamic lifestyle with organization, rigor and anticipation.
- Restaurant reservations.
- Prepare personal belongings for travel (packing / unpacking).
- Provide transportation and baggage management.
- Prepare spaces according to the principal's preferences before or after activities (sports, work, events).
- Participate in domestic administrative follow-up, including the management of current expenses and expense reports.
- Maintain a calm, organized and fully functional environment.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a similar position in a private residence, luxury hotel, yachting or UHNW environment.
- Excellent mastery of the codes of high-end service.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of excellence.
- Very high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent organization and ability to anticipate.
- Autonomy and a sense of responsibility.
- Impeccable presentation and excellent professional etiquette.

Work conditions
- Location: Paris 7th arrondissement
- Type of contract: Permanent contract
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (with lunch break)
- Start of position : to be filled immediately
- Trial period: 2 months.
