Job description
A private UHNW client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Pilates Instructor with a background in nutrition to support a structured and disciplined daily lifestyle.
This is a highly personalised role combining physical training, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle support, with the objective of improving overall wellbeing, consistency, and focus.
The successful candidate will accompany the principal on a full-time basis and adapt to a fast-paced, international lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily Pilates sessions (primarily in the mornings) tailored to the principal’s needs and fitness level.
- Provide nutritional guidance and support, promoting balanced and healthy eating habits.
- Monitor and encourage consistency in both exercise and diet.
- Assist in structuring the principal’s daily routine with a focus on wellbeing and discipline.
- Coordinate with chefs or external providers regarding meal planning when applicable.
- Travel extensively with the principal and ensure continuity of routine across locations.
- Maintain discretion, professionalism, and a high level of adaptability at all times.
Requirements
- Brazilian female preferred for cultural reasons, ideally aged between 30 and mid-40 years old.
- Certified Pilates instructor (essential).
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Previous experience in private households or with UHNW individuals is highly desirable.
- Proactive, structured, and confident in encouraging discipline and consistency.
- Flexible, discreet, and able to adapt to a demanding and evolving schedule.
- Fluent in Portuguese; good command of English and/or French is a plus.
Work conditions
- Location: London, Geneva & Dubai (extensive travel required)
- Start Date: When the right candidate is found
