Job description
Our client residing near Neuchâtel, Switzerland, is looking for a versatile Nanny to care for their 3 children, aged 4, 8, and 10, after school.
The person will also be responsible for managing grocery shopping and preparing evening meals for the family. Position available immediately, permanent contract (CDI) 100%, non live-in.
Responsibilities
- Pick up children from school.
- Establish an after-school routine (snacks, playground or park, bath, getting into pyjamas, reading, meals, etc.).
- Ensure drop-off and pick-up for each child's activities.
- Travel with the family on request during school holidays.
- On-demand childcare.
- Maintain order and tidiness in the home's living spaces.
- Liaise with the housekeeper present 1 to 2 times per week.
- Manage grocery shopping and other household supplies.
- Prepare home-cooked meals for the family — vegetable-based, healthy, varied and balanced.
- Informal table setting and service.
- Keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
- Daily reporting to the parents.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role involving children.
- Dynamic individual with strong organisational skills and adaptability.
- Caring and autonomous personality.
- Passion for cooking.
- French speaker; English, Portuguese or Russian a plus.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally with the family (school holidays).
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
- Driving licence required.
Work conditions

- Contract: Permanent (CDI) — 100% — Swiss employment contract
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Probationary period: 3 months
Salary
From CHF 5,000 gross/month (depending on experience) + vehicle provided
