Full-Time Live-In Nanny job in Miami Beach, Florida, USA
Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced, warm, and highly adaptable Live-In Nanny to support a
busy private household in Miami, Florida, with four children ages 3, 5, 7, and 9.
This role is nanny-focused, with primary responsibility for supporting the children during
weekends, when family activity and logistics are at their highest, and structured family support
during select weekdays.
The position combines hands-on childcare with children-related
household support to ensure smooth daily routines and overall family organization.
The ideal candidate is proactive, calm under pressure, highly organized, and genuinely enjoys
supporting children in an active, fast-paced family environment. Flexibility, teamwork, and a
supportive mindset are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care and supervision for four children, with a strong focus on
weekends. - Assist with weekend routines, activities, sports schedules, and transitions between
events. - Help prepare children for outings, including organizing uniforms, sports gear, and daily
essentials. - Support mealtimes, morning routines, and evening wind-down when children are home.
- Prepare and organize children’s meals and snacks as needed.
- Manage children’s laundry, including washing, folding, organizing, and wardrobe rotation.
- Maintain organization of children’s bedrooms, closets, backpacks, and personal items.
- Assist with breakfast and dinner routines during weekdays.
- Work collaboratively with the household’s daily housekeeper.
- Step in as a team player if the housekeeper is unavailable, particularly for childrenrelated needs.
- Reset kitchen and shared areas after meals involving the children.
- Travel with the family including domestic and international locations, as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar nanny role caring for 3 to 4 children.
- Proven experience in a similar nanny or family assistant role within a private household.
- Genuine comfort caring for multiple children of varying ages.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage busy schedules.
- Calm, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
- Flexibility with schedule, including weekend-focused work.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Comfortable working alongside other household staff.
- Discreet, professional, and respectful of family privacy.
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Only local candidates will be considered for this role.
Work conditions

- Schedule: Starting from Saturday to Wednesday
