Job description
Our esteemed client in Dubai is seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Chauffeur to support the Chairman in his daily business and personal activities. This is not a standard driving role; the position demands a smart, articulate, and resourceful individual who can represent the Chairman with the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability. The Executive Driver will be responsible for ensuring safe and secure transport, managing dynamic schedules, and assisting with personal errands while upholding strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide secure and reliable chauffeur services for the Chairman, ensuring punctuality at all times.
- Plan, manage, and adapt driving routes according to schedules, traffic conditions, and last-minute changes.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and personal matters.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required by the Chairman.
- Demonstrate security-conscious driving practices and heightened awareness for executive protection.
- Maintain the vehicle to the highest standard, ensuring it is always clean, well-fueled, and mechanically sound.
- Represent the Chairman professionally when interacting with senior business figures, external stakeholders, and staff.
- Establish driving and safety protocols while being able to adapt quickly to unexpected changes or instructions.
- Monitor schedules, manage waiting times, and provide proactive solutions to ensure seamless daily logistics.
- Uphold a polished personal appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Driver for Chairmen, CEOs, VVIPs, or within high-net-worth households or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
- Smart, articulate, and resourceful, with the ability to think on their feet.
- Background in security-conscious or defensive driving is highly preferred.
- Exceptional integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Polished in both personal appearance and communication.
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic schedules, long hours, and last-minute requests.
Work conditions
- Live-in position, based in Dubai.
- Private accommodation is provided by the employer.
- Full-time role, with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and extended hours depending on the Chairman’s schedule.
- Reports directly to the Chairman and coordinates with his Personal Assistant when required.

Salary
10,000 AED per month, with flexibility depending on the candidate’s profile and experience. Â
