Full-Time Live-Out Nanny job (M/F) in Dubai, UAE
Job description
Our client in Dubai is seeking an experienced, warm, and professional Live-Out Nanny to provide attentive, high-quality care for their 21-month-old baby and newborn due in Auggust.
The successful candidate will be nurturing, reliable, and confident in supporting a toddler’s development while following established routines and parental guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide full, attentive care for the child at all times.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate developmental activities and play preferably follow Montessori school of thought.
- Prepare, cook, and serve healthy, balanced meals and healthy homemade snacks appropriate for a toddler.
- Support and maintain the child’s daily routine, including naps and rest periods.
- Manage all persoanl care and support age-appropriate hygiene routines.
- Accompany the child on outings and activities as required.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
- Tidying and organizing play areas.
- Cleaning toys, bottles, utensils, and child-related items.
- Managing the child’s laundry.
- Ensuring all child areas are clean and well maintained.
- Willing and able to travel with the family, both locally and internationally, when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny experience, with proven experience caring for newborn and toddlers aged 1–2 years.
- Previous experience working in private households.
- Strong understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate care.
- Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (required).
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
- Calm, patient, warm and nurturing disposition.
- Gentle and respectful approach to discipline - calm and firm.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of family privacy.
- Physically fit and energetic.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a long-term position where nanny can become part of the family.
- Non-smoker and good hygiene.
Work conditions

- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- 6 days a week, 12 hours a day.
