Full-Time Live-In Nanny in Miami Beach, Florida
Job description
We are seeking a Live-In Nanny for a private family located in Miami Beach, Florida.
This position is for the care and emotional support of two daughters, ages 14 and 9, within a fully staffed household.
The family is looking for a long-term placement. They value consistency, warmth, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Given recent health challenges within the household, the nanny will play a significant supportive role in maintaining stability and providing nurturing care to the children.
Responsibilities
- Morning routine support (school preparation, breakfast, packing lunch)
- Afternoon and evening supervision
- School pickup coordination (driver available if needed, but when is traveling nanny will drive the kids)
- Homework supervision and academic support
- Emotional support and nurturing presence
- Cooking meals for the family when needed
- Laundry for the children
- Preparing simple dinners for the children (cooking skills preferred)
- Light laundry for the children
- Maintaining organization in the children’s bedrooms
- Cleaning up after self and children
- Supporting after-school activities coordination
- Maintaining structured routines and household harmony
- Traveling with the family
Requirements
- Experience with school-aged children and teenagers
- Strong emotional intelligence and nurturing personality
- Professional work ethic and long-term mindset
- Ability to provide stability during sensitive family circumstances
- Cooking skills preferred
- Driver’s license preferred (driver available in household)
- Willingness to live-in full time
- Discretion, loyalty, and high level of trustworthiness
- Open to relocation within the United States
- Nursing background preferable
