Full-Time Butler (M/F) job in Dubai, UAE
Job description
An elegant household of three (two adults, one child) in Dubai South is looking for a formally trained Butler to oversee the home’s day-to-day operations. The position can be live-in or live-out and requires experience in formal household service, including diary management, wardrobe care, formal table service, and household coordination.
This is a high-trust position requiring discretion, professionalism, and excellent organizational skills. The Butler will report directly to the principals and coordinate with any other household staff.
The start date for this position is June 2026.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the household to ensure seamless functioning.
- Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and general presentation of the home.
- Provide formal table service for family and occasional guests.
- Manage schedules and diaries for the principals.
- Wardrobe management and packing for short or local stays.
- Receive guests and visitors in a polished and courteous manner.
- Liaise with service providers, vendors, and deliveries as needed.
- Ensure privacy, safety, and discretion at all times.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in household management or butler services.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (private household).
- Strong understanding of etiquette and formal dining service.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Trustworthy, well-presented, and highly discreet.
- Experience in Dubai or the UAE is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English preferred.
Work conditions
- Live-in or live-out.
- 5 days per week, flexibility is required.
