Job description
We are seeking an experienced Domestic Couple on behalf of one of our clients to oversee the full management and maintenance of a high-end private residence of approximately 2,000 sqm, located in Madrid.
This position is suited to a reliable, autonomous, and well-organised couple capable of maintaining high standards and ensuring the smooth running of the property year-round.
Responsibilities
- General upkeep and interior maintenance of the residence (housekeeping, organisation, presentation).
- Monitoring of installations and basic maintenance.
- Supervision of the gardener and external contractors.
- Gradual takeover of tasks currently outsourced.
- Management of household supplies and general logistics.
- Anticipation of the residence’s needs and preparation ahead of the owners’ stays.
- Discreet and efficient presence during occupancy.
No cooking is required, as the owners travel with their private chef.
Requirements
- Couple with proven experience in high-end private households.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomous, reliable, and discreet.
- Comfortable managing a large property.
- Fluent Spanish is essential.
